Once you make your purchase on our website, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have successfully received your order.
Shortly after, you will receive a second message via WhatsApp or email with the shipment details, including the tracking number provided by Correos de Costa Rica or to coordinate express shipping.
National Shipping – Costa Rica
We ship to all provinces and regions of the country through Correos de Costa Rica.
You can choose to have your package delivered to your home or pick it up at a nearby branch, whichever you prefer at the time of purchase.
Estimated delivery time
• Regular shipping nationwide: between 1 and 3 business days, depending on your location.

Express Shipping
(Only San José and nearby surroundings)
We offer express shipping service exclusively for downtown San José and surrounding areas.
• Estimated delivery time: within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Cost: ₡2,500
To access this service, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp to validate coverage and coordinate delivery as soon as possible.
Office hours
Shipments are dispatched Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturdays 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.
